2 MINUTE PLANK x 4

25 TRICEP DIPS x 4


GO:)


Plank + 30lbs --  know your body and push it when you know you can!!


Elbows go back, no greater than 90 degree bend in the dip, shoulders pressed down                               (not up into the ears!!)
