It's easy to find reasons why you can't fit in a workout.  However, making your health and fitness a priority can bleed over into making other areas of your life more successful too.  We typically have a more positive outlook once we have exercised and released our endorphins.  Our self esteem is naturally boosted, energy levels are increased, and our circulation is improved thus giving us the feeling that we can accomplish more in the day.  It takes 30 days to form a habit so why not start today.  Just do 15 minutes of some kind of exercise.  It doesn't have to be 15 grueling minutes in the gym.  Go for a walk, jog, run, swim, or bike ride.  Play volleyball outside with the kids, go on a hike, play a game of tennis, basketball...etc.  Just get moving for at least 15 minutes.   Keep increasing that time throughout the month.  It is highly unlikely that at the end of 30 days you won't want to continue!!
